Terms and Conditions
Important: Renprints is printing & designing services brand name of Rohila Retails (GST registered firm) that exclusively processes orders through customers and partners. Renprints covers POD orders directly from the partners also. These orders must not contain counterfeit, prohibited, or unauthorized content. The responsibility for ensuring compliance lies solely with the customers or Channel Partner. Should any printing facility intentionally or accidentally place orders containing such content, their order and membership will be permanently terminated.
Important: Exact color matching for printing orders is not committed, whether the original job was printed by us or another service, and whether it was done digitally or via offset. Digitally designed or sent files may be different from final file after printing in color matching with 10-20%.
Important: Renprints is responsible for handing over the goods to the transporter or courier partner. However, any damage to the goods caused during transit by the courier, transporter, or any other external factors will not be the responsibility of Renprints. Renprints liability ceases once the goods leave the company's warehouse.
Important: For products involving printing, if there is a printing error affecting 5-50% of the sheets/cards, only the corresponding proportion will be discounted. If the error exceeds 50%, the entire order will be reprinted. In cases of reprints due to printing errors, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Important: Renprints also provide design services for all types of printing and packaging materials. Designing charges will be carried by the customers or partners. Without Advance payment, neither design job will be entertained nor processed. Confirm the design charges carefully before starting the design job work.
Important: Customers or partners can avoid designing charges by sending their pre-design files related to the same product in perfect dimensions as the printing files. Product printing dimensions can be confirmed from the website or by the Renprints customer representative officer. You can send the files in the following formats: cdr, ai, pdf, and jpg.
Important: Customers or partners will be fully responsible for the sent design files. Please do not share printing and designs that belong to government or quasi-government entities. And if any customer or partner knowingly or unknowingly orders duplicate / Fake or prohibited content then its printing orders & membership will be discontinued for lifetime.
Important: If the customer or partner does not demand the order placed in the printing through delivery or transport within 3 months, then Renprints will not responsible for any damage or loss to the orders after 3 months. In such cases, customer or partner orders will be regenerated or reprinted as new order.
Important: While printing the bulk orders, there may be a loss of upto 5% by matching the actual colour or matching the front and backside or during the cutting. This loss will be carry by customer or partner and not be refunded or printed and not entertained at any condition.
Important: In the event of any dispute, loss, or delay in product delivery because of late production, the maximum liability of Renprints will be limited to the value of the disputed product. In such case only product value will be refunded to the customer and channel partner.
Important: Renprints reserves the right to cancel or modify any printing orders from customer and partner at any time.
Important: The company will only be liable for payments made directly to the official current account (Rohila Retails) of Renprints. Renprints did not work for COD orders, so don't ask or request for COD.
Important: Renprints process the orders in printing after confirming the payment in the company's official account. After the payment please share the screenshot of transaction. Before that, no order will be entertained and processed.
Important: All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Hisar District only.
